Job Overview

As a key member of the Trackxi Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in driving end-to-end digital marketing efforts that can generate marketing qualified leads across multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to significantly increase top-of-funnel leads through compelling content marketing, cutting-edge SEO strategies, social media advertising, and other digital outreach initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns that align with both marketing and sales objectives, ensuring a seamless and measurable customer journey from initial engagement to conversion. You will work closely with the Founders and Executive team in the US and India, contributing to the global rollout of the Trackxi platform for real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for greater reach and engagement.

SEO & SEM:

  • Optimize web pages for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and deploy targeted email campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.

Data Analytics & Insights:

  • Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with WordPress website development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with video creation tools is a bonus but not essential.
