Part-time/Flexible Accounting Bookkeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Accounting Bookkeeper to assist with the financial management of our Real Estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our financial transactions and ensuring compliance according to US accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Record all financial transactions, receipts and invoices for the business.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Sync with Quickbooks online accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing payments and invoices.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare all transactions and reports for tax filing
- Willingness and flexibility to help in other areas like Payroll processing, HR and bookkeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Preferably strong knowledge of US accounting standards
- Willing to learn QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: From ₹800.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
