Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote, based in India
Trackxi (www.Trackxi.com) is a US based PropTech startup company that is poised to disrupt the Real Estate industry around the globe starting with the US. Founding team has a perfect blend of Real Estate, startup and technology expertise to become the dominant force in the PropTech sector.
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and building and managing high-performance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to identify and qualify new sales leads
- Use sales tools and techniques to engage prospects, build relationships, and quickly move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Develop systems and processes for continuous followup and qualify the leads
- Continuously learn new sales strategies and develop a strong sales funnel
Requirements:
- Strong startup mindset and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in the role
- Results oriented, biased towards actions, ability to take and manage risks with sounds logic
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and build relationships over the phone and via email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of sales activities.
- Work during US business hours and flexibility in work hours if needed
