Part-time/Flexible Accounting Bookkeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Accounting Bookkeeper to assist with the financial management of our Real Estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our financial transactions and ensuring compliance according to US accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Record all financial transactions, receipts and invoices for the business.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • Sync with Quickbooks online accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing payments and invoices.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare all transactions and reports for tax filing
  • Willingness and flexibility to help in other areas like Payroll processing, HR and bookkeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Preferably strong knowledge of US accounting standards
  • Willing to learn QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: Remote
