Pay only for your active transactions that are open at any given point in time. Closed transactions don’t count towards your transaction limit. 

You can change your plan anytime to suit your needs. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days in the billing cycle, while downgrades take effect in the following billing cycle.

Data & Security FAQs

Most of your key Transaction data is stored for as long as you have an account with Trackxi. Some of the large files and very old data may be removed to maintain system speed. If you have any specific questions, please email Support@Trackxi.com

When you cancel your Trackxi account, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. 

During that time, you can download all your data securely. After cancellation, your account and data are deleted in accordance with Trackxi’s privacy policy and standard data retention practices.
