Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist with strong BPO and call center experience to ensure new customers have a smooth transition from sales to product adoption. You will be the first point of contact after a deal closes – guiding clients through onboarding, answering their questions, and making sure they get maximum value from our platform. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding sessions and guide customers through setup and best practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for new customers, addressing questions and providing support.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track onboarding progress.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience.
- Answer all incoming calls, emails, text messages, meetings, and customer questions to help customers be successful in using Trackxi for their real estate business.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Monitor retention and engagement metrics to ensure long-term success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of BPO or call center experience working with US & Canadian customers (SaaS or real estate domain is a plus).
- Previous experience in software platform onboarding and customer service
- Proven ability to engage in professional, effective phone and email conversations.
- Empathy-driven approach with a customer-first mindset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once.
- Experience using CRM or customer engagement tools.
- Startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership.
- Willingness to work in the US PST time zone without supervision and focusing on results.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle client conversations professionally (phone, email, virtual meetings).
- Process-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
