Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Trackxi is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming how real estate professionals manage transactions and stay organized. Our platform simplifies workflows, improves communication, and boosts visibility across teams, helping agents, teams, and brokerages close deals faster and with less stress.
Role Overview:
We’re hiring a driven and proactive SDR based in Mexico to manage inbound leads and execute outbound outreach to high-producing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. This role is critical to driving sales growth by qualifying prospects, setting demos, and maintaining a disciplined follow-up process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and qualify them for sales
- Research and reach out to target accounts via email, phone, and social channels
- Set discovery calls and demos for Account Executives or founders
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up sequences to ensure timely engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
- Track and report daily/weekly activity and lead conversion metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years experience in SDR or inside sales role (SaaS and/or real estate a plus)
- Strong English communication skills—verbal and written
- Startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and relentless in follow-up
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), outreach platforms, and LinkedIn
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow with a scaling company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
