Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in building and managing our sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, actively following up with the potential customers who view online demos, incomplete signups, and cancellations. This role is all about actively following up on opportunities and closing deals, and also keeping the sales funnel healthy to fuel growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads, qualifying them through the sales pipeline.
  • Quickly and actively follow up with prospects who view the online demo
  • Convert incomplete signups to paying customers
  • Actively follow up with cancellations and retain them using services to mitigate their objections.
  • Research and reach out to target accounts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct or schedule the next level of product demos.
  • Conduct outreach to account-based sales prospects as needed.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up sequences to ensure timely engagement.
  • Track and report daily/weekly activities, lead progress, and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with the onboarding and customer success team to retain customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation role (SaaS/real estate industry a plus).
  • Excellent phone, email, and social media outreach skills.
  • Previous experience in successfully working with US & Canadian customers in a sales or related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
  • Self-starter, goal-driven, and motivated to grow into a sales career path.
  • Willingness to work in the US PST time zone without supervision and focusing on results.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role (SaaS or real estate industry a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over phone, email, meetings, and social media.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline.
