Sales Pipeline Manager & Customer Success

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a driven and proactive candidate to closely manage our inbound leads and convert them into successful long-term customers. This role is crucial in driving sales growth by qualifying prospects, setting up demos, and maintaining a disciplined follow-up process. Execute outbound outreach to high-producing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and qualify them via the established sales pipeline
- Research and reach out to target accounts via email, phone, and social channels for quick conversion
- Set discovery calls and demos as needed for Account Executives or Founders
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up sequences to ensure timely engagement
- Conduct Customer onboarding sessions and be the first point of contact
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
- Track and report daily/weekly activity and lead conversion metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR or inside sales role or Customer Success (SaaS and/or real estate a plus)
- Excellent phone and email conversational skills, especially with US & Canadian customers
- Startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and relentless in follow-up
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), outreach platforms, and LinkedIn
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow with a scaling company
- Willing to work in the US PST time zone
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO organization specifically serving US & Canadian customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-driven with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
